  • Start by submitting the initial application form, which focuses on the core idea of your conservation project.

  • If your stage 1 application is accepted, you will be invited to complete the stage 2 application. This phase involves a more detailed application, centering on you as an individual and the founder of the initiative.

  • Successful stage 2 applicants proceed to stage 3, which includes a board interview with the STCF team. Beforehand, you'll receive a set of predetermined questions to help you prepare. During the interview, you'll respond to these questions and address any follow-up queries from the board.

Jean Beasley Conservation Award

Applicants must be under the age of 21 at the time of submitting their application. Applicants must demonstrate a clear and enduring commitment to the conservation of endangered wildlife. We prioritize funding projects that align with the goals of the United States Endangered Species Act of 1973, as identified by the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service or U.S National Marine Fisheries Service. While considering all worthy proposals, we have a special inclination towards initiatives focusing on the conservation of endangered marine species. Projects should approach conservation with a direct and impactful strategy, aiming to make a tangible difference in the preservation of the targeted species.
